Our room had an AMAZING view of the riverwalk. The location of the hotel was perfect for a downtown Chicago visit.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the exercise room and pool were fabulous and our room was spacious and comfortable. Our checkin time wasn’t until 4pm and our room was ready by 12pm, which allowed us the ability to get into our room and out to explore. This was one of our best trips yet to Chicago and will definitely be back to this hotel!

So I was pretty picky in choosing this hotel because it is a gift for my older children for Christmas/my son’s birthday weekend. As soon as we settled into our riverview two queen bed room, we found between the beds a dirty shirt turned inside out and a scrunched. I called the front desk and asked for a room that has been cleaned and they switched our rooms but no credit was put on our account or upgrade, or apology . For paying over $800 for two nights, I expect a little better and cleaner

Jesus at check was so nice. Check in and out was a snap. We vallet parked. And it was easy too. Our wait for our car at check out was maybe 5 minutes possibly less. Our room was clean & quiet. We choose this hotel knowing we needed to take the Red Line to the Sox stadium. The walk is only a block or two to the subway. We felt safe doing so coming back at 11pm, which was important as we were traveling with a kiddo. And my kiddo loved that Dunkin was an easy walk to in the morning for breakfast. All in all it was a great stay and would stay again!
