Hi colleen, Thank you for your review! We are super glad you enjoyed the bed and pillows! Sorry if it was a little on the hot end. Chicago weather has been has been all over the place temperature wise so we've kept the rooms toastier than on the colder end just in case.

The Willows Hotel was awesome but I am still waiting for Travelocity to refund me for the first hotel night since I missed my flight. The person I chatted with at Travelocity said they would confirm with a Manager at The Willows before issuing me a refund. Has that happened?

Nice place for the price. No real amenities such as a business center or gym. I stayed in a single queen which was a small room with no desk. Great location.

The hotel staff at check in was incredibly unfriendly! She did even say hi, even after I said hi! It seemed as though I was a really bothering by simply checking in. The hotel has no parking, it was made clear that I should not bother asking any questions. I ended up parking a mile away because there was no direction give on possible places I could park!

Does not meet critieria for a boutique hotel- zero to no amenities, dirty and COVID restrictions not enforced with patrons- hard to say if enforced with staff- there was nothing to indicate any changes to endorse in COVID restrictions

We as a hotel have had to adapt to changes during these times to keep guests safe and clean. During normal Non Covid 19 days we offer many amenities but have had to adjust our business model to keep our feel free to contact the hotel directly and speak to management about your experience.
