I didnt like how was told parking prices and when was time to pay it was $15-20 more each time and the parking garage was not close walking distance from hotel.

Thank you for providing feedback regarding your recent stay. The parking price is an agreed amount as long as it is within the time period allowed. If there is ever an issue the front desk staff is available for you 24 hours a day to assist. There are also several garages in the area, some within just half a block from the hotel, the difference comes down to price. We like to offer our guests with several options to fit their budget or convenience needs.

I didn’t like the fact that when I checked in the staff don’t told me about the fee of the valet parking something that should be informed or included at the booking

It is in a great location, very central to everything, including the trains. Great view of the river. The rooms are small, but that is fine with us as we do not spend much time in the room when we are in Chicago. Always clean and quiet with friendly, professional staff.

It was a very nice hotel. The room was on the small size but, it was comfortable and well attended. The restaurant was closed but there are a lot of dining options in the area. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the city.

I checked into hotel @ around 8pm and I asked staff for extended check-out because I checked-in so late...they told me no! I have to pay 20.00 a hour for extra hours due to the holidays stay...that’s ridiculous! I support this hotel all the time...

When checking in they put us in rooms with full size beds instead of what we reserved. The rooms are very small and hard to move around in. The pictures make them seem a lot larger. The staff is nice.
