Everything was great. We arrived way before check in and the size bed we chose was not ready until later but they put us in a double queen room with nice view and as tire I we were we took it! Check out was easy and friendly as well Close to our event we went t o and we were thankful we did not have to walk outside to get to Wintrust building for concert
