I liked that the hotel was located close to the Navy Pier and the water. The lobby / entrance was also well designed and beautiful. The room was nice and clean but it lacked amenities such as a fridge/coffee maker/usb plug. You can tell that the hotel is older.

The bathroom in our room was a frosted window, wasn’t frosted enough. You could see in to who is in the bathroom, you could see their movement, where they were, what they were doing, and the sliding door did not shut all of the way. You could see through the one inch crack into the bathroom and even out of the bathroom. The shower kept flooding the bathroom because the tiles are level with the bathroom floor.
