Excellent location, but some issues
Pros: 1) hotel is close to the United Center 2) front desk folks were pleasant 3) very convenient parking right next to the hotel 4) front door is locked 24/7 (room card access) 5) had microwave and large refrigerator 6) bed was comfortable and clean Cons: 1) room was TINY, with really no space to set up our computers to do any work 2) had no bathtub (just a shower) 3) had no control over the temperature - wall unit blew out cool air regardless of setting, so it was cold in the room the whole time 4) pillows are too big (I used my jacket as a pillow)

Perfect Location for United Center Event
Perfect little hotel for our 1 night stay. Clean lobby, friendly staff, small but nice workout facility. Room was small but clean. Perfect location for an event at the united center. Not a lot of bells and whistles to this place but we just needed a room to sleep in and for the price, it was right!
