Room was very nice with a great view but you have to get past the dime size spiders in the windows and bird poo/feathers. We stayed there for the lake view but unfortunately had a window full of creatures. Another huge issue is parking and signage. There’s absolutely no markings except a very small digital display at very end of pier. This lack of signage for hotel cost us a $16 parking ticket in East garage for 15 minutes until we found the hotel which faces south but can only enter on north side. Just keep driving as if you’re going off the east end of pier and you’ll see an opening for the hotel. Valet service during checkout was a debacle too as the guy filed our card away without bringing down our vehicle. Fortunately I took a photo of card so they could figure things out. Shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get a vehicle when not busy. Overall I’d stay here again for room but hopefully they figure a few things out, signage and window cleaning!

Beautiful view of the city from my room. I had booked two nights but had to reregister each night at the front desk for the exact same room(not sure why) it was difficult to hear what the front desk person was saying behind the mask and plastic screen. There was nothing on site to tell you about the amenities I had to go back to the website multiple times.
