I have no been this happy with a hotel property in a very long time. The swissotel exceeded our expectations. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. The common areas, bathrooms, hallways and elevators are kept clean and functioning efficiently. The rooms are beautifully decorated and nicely designed with ample storage for longer stays. We were happy to find a mini fridge available for our use and great amenities such as bathrobes and slippers. Also, the 24/7 store is stocked and not overly priced unlike other places. Over all a 10/10 when looking to stay in downtown Chicago!
