Parking fees are outrageous
Our room was very warm for us (73 degrees Fahrenheit) despite having the thermostat set to 68. But the room was very nice. I also think that $69 per night for self-park at the hotel is ridiculous. The car that was parked next to us in the garage was broken into, so it’s not even secure for that price.

Overall, great, but I am not appreciative of the $25 daily charge onto your room in which you can redeem for food and beverage in the hotel. This is wrong as I would rather make my own decisions on where to eat and drink. One is charged either way. Poor Hilton policy

HOT and Dry
Room itself was great (lake view, 2 bathrooms) but thermostat would not drop below 78 degrees no matter how low we tried to set it so we were sweating. Pool/hot tubs were closed which didn’t show on the booking except TINY print at the very bottom of the page. The top of the page with the amenities still listed that they had both. VERY disappointing as we would not have stayed here knowing those were closed. Some type of allergen in the room as I sneezed about one hundred times and was fine upon checkout. We’ve been staying here the past five years and were super disappointed by this year’s stay.
