My family and I (including extended family) stayed here for a night and booked a few different rooms. The hotel is really comfortable and modern, has nice grounds, and is walkable to Bern. Parking was easy for us, too. The only huge negative to our trip was the front desk staff. The woman who checked me in was sweet, but other than that, all of the staff that I corresponded with at the front desk were snobby and acted very arrogant and put out. I'm not sure why, but it was unpleasant. As mentioned, the hotel itself was great.

Nice hotel

This hotel is clean and close to the city center. However, our room had a ‘window’ that opened up to inside duct work and faced a hallway and the air conditioning was situated by the door and never actually reached the bed so I was hot and sweaty all night long. I liked the hotel, just be sure to request a room with a window that opens up to the outside.

Very nice hotel, with a 5 star service

Very nice hotel is right there at walking distance or hop on the bus (hotel provide a pass at no charge) great town and a hotel to match.
