Can't control temprature in the room. It was freezing in our room. There were nice display of shampoo and conditioner in the shower. But they were empty. Went down at 6am tget

Our experience from the very beginning was horrible. When we wanted to check into our room, they said it wasn't ready yet and to come back in an hour. We went around the corner to REI and came back in an hour and a half and the room still wasn't ready. We had plans for the rest of the evening and the guy behind the counter said he would go and talk to room service to see how long it would be. The problem was, he never came back. The manager came out and proceeded to help other people who came in after us and we were then the last ones to get checked in when rooms were finally available. I gave them my credit card that I wanted charged, which was different than the one I made the reservation with, and they charged the wrong card. The next morning for breakfast was a boxed breakfast and nothing like what was on the website, so we ended up checking out and going out for breakfast. We were going to sit in the hot tub before we left, but found out that there wasn't one and if we wanted to use the pool we had to schedule a time for an hour slot ahead of time to do so. I have never stayed at a Hyatt before, but after this experience I probably won't ever again. We could have had better service at a Super 8.

Staff was amazing!! Very helpful and kind. We were very needy guests and they were so willing to accommodate our every need with a smile and great attitude. Julian and Anna were our amazing check in Staff. Didn't get the name of the morning check out gal but she was so kind also. We didn't like the overwhelming perfumed smell of the cleaning products. We have allergies to heavy smells. They gave us a different room that did not have the heavy smells.
