Room was outdated, view was blocked by Golden Nugget, plugs would not work in room, hot water was very slow to come on, room was not cleaned after being requested day 2. Pool hours were 8-4 not as listed, arcade had several out of order games, there was poop behind one of the games, and water was leaking from ceiling. Not what was promised very disappointing.

Very disappointing that you have to pay for parking at a hotel that you are staying at.one would think that guest would have parking validated.. tahoe in general has gone downhill in the last 20 years as corporations have squeezed every buck out of tourists making tourism less desirable for the middle class..

Was a short walk to the gondola, and reasonable priced meals in the restaurant. But they gave our room to someone else and had no clue, after a 9.5 hour trip to get there they checked us in and when we went to the room someone else was already in it. They got us another one, but it was 8 floors below the one that I reserved so it had no balcony or view of the lake. Also the hot water only worked when it wanted to. When I called the front desk she said to "turn the water to hot in the sink and shower for about 10 -20 minutes and it will get better". It did heat up 2 nights out of 4, but a waist of water.

Think twice before staying there !!

We use to love this place , but now we only stay because my daughter and the spa other than that , hotel went down hill , service was horrible , no room service , shower wouldn’t get hot , the people working there have a horrible attitude só yeah in another words they got to change the management or this hotel even though is in a Cassino they are just loosing business !!
