I booked this property because of the airport shuttle. The young gentleman that checked me in purposely did not tell me the shuttle doesn't run from 11 pm to 7 am. He went so far as to call me a taxi, which I had to pay for. The taxi driver did not want to take us to the hotel. We had to bribe him with a $20 tip!!!! Don't stay here if you need a shuttle for early or late flights.

Everyone was very helpful and polite. The only complaints are the tv service and the air conditioner isn’t that great.

Clean rooms. Nice staff. The one thing is the towels are really hard. Bit other than that a nice hotel.

The staffing has gone down hill. When we walked up to check in the lady outside was smoking with a trucker and said, I'll be in in a minute. We stood and waited at the counter for a few minutes while she finished smoking. The hallway was filthy. Puddles all the way down the hall and into the elevator from people using the hot tub. Hot tub room was way too hot to use. No air in the room with the hot tub. Cleaning staff was very noisy in the morning. We tried to sleep in past 8:00 and one of them was talking on her cell phone so loud while she was cleaning I could hear her down the hall!
