Wonderful location and delicious breakfast. Although we arrived much earlier than the check-in time, we were permitted to park on the property and thus an early visit to the town was easy

Very nice harbor front B&B steps from restaurants and shops in Boothbay Harbor. Breakfast was the best, differant main each day; quiche, blueberry french toast and ham & swiss in puff pastry!

Great accommodations and service. While it doesn't have an wide Ocean view, it is walking distance for most everything on on the bay. They do have nice decks for enjoying the Ocean air with a limited view of the cove behind the Inn and they have a hot tub out at the edge of the cove and you can sit out their in the evening. The breakfasts were very good, but would have preferred a more traditional entree starting at 7:30 AM rather than 8:30 AM. I will come again and will recommend it to family and friends.

As we are not a traditional Victorian B&B but rather a hybrid between a boutique Inn and a B&B. We found that todays guests prefer larger, more spacious rooms & bathrooms with modern luxury amenities & unique special touches along with a gourmet, organic buffet breakfast. We are very happy that you found our Unique style of Accommodations (for our town and a typical Victorian B&B) so relaxing.
