Worst experience ever. Staff was rude, my room was gross (dirty sink, shower, mirror) I had to go to walmart and buy clorox wipes to do it myself because housekeeping was gone by the time we checked in, we were told we would get housekeeping on Wednesday, they did not come so when I asked again they said Thursday, never came. I called down multiple times throughout the trip asking for towels, toilet paper, trash removal ect since we never got housekeeping, I was told they would be right up to the room, never came so I constantly was having to go down to the desk myself.
Then on top of that, I was charged twice for my stay. To get in contact with a manager is a JOKE, I was charged on the 12th and did not realize until the 19th. I called the hotel, from the 19th - 27th, I called everyday and kept being told I would have to talk to Sean the manager, I constantly asked when he would be in and then would call when they said he would be there and he was never there, I was not able to leave a voicemail as his box was full, I did leave multiple notes with the front desk staff to have him call me. Finally on the 27th I got in contact with him and he told me not a problem he would refund me one of the charges, and that he would email me a receipt showing that. I never received any email from him. Yesterday, I woke up to another charge of 796.04 to my card instead of a refund. I again called the hotel asking to speak with Sean, after 3 times of "transferring" me and getting hung up on h
