my check in experience was terrible. the woman was angry and sarcastic, clearly overwhelmed by the number of people checking in (due to the extended power outage in our area). she raised her voice when I asked why i needed to pay another $75 deposit-- my room was already paid in full. the room was fine though

The location was ideal for the purpose of our trip. However, when I checked in the desk person acted like I was making her job more challenging as she sighed often & rolled her eyes. Apparently I had taken her away from her favorite TV show (she told me). Even checking out, a different desk person was less than helpful and acted inconvenienced when I asked for a receipt of charges made to my credit card.

My only disappointment was not having any meat for breakfast, i.e. sausage, bacon, or ham. Microwaving sausage shouldn't be expensive or require a lot of equipment. Everything else was great. My room was spacious and comfortable.
