A quiet stay outside of San Antonio, this historic Brackettville home comes lined by trees and shrouded in sunshine. You'll love spending pleasant afternoons on the covered patio, complete with ample seating and a swinging bench.

Inside, rustic charm oozes from every room. The formal dining table will host some of your favorite vacation memories over family-style meals. Through the sliding barn doors, the open living room boasts plush leather seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large TV. The home's kitchen is well-updated and displays a full suite of appliances, making cooking a breeze.

Your comfort is guaranteed in each of the bedrooms amidst soft linens and central air. A private washer/dryer and internet access round out the interior amenities.

Back outside, hop on one of the provided bikes, and take a serene ride around the neighborhood. The furry members of your family will appreciate the grassy areas surrounding the home. When exploring Brackettville, check out Fort Clark Museum, Ft. Clark Springs Swimming Pool, The Montalvo House, and the town's local businesses and diners. The perfect ending to another day on vacation can be spent hosting a cookout for your loved ones with the assistance of the gas grill.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
