The check in staff was very nice. But…… the hotel was awful! Our room was non smoking, but had an overwhelmingly strong smell of smoke. It had dirty sheets. Dirty showers with hair in them. A toilet that didn’t flush properly. Lamps that had broken knobs so you couldn’t turn them on. Disheveled and peeling wallpaper. Dirt and grime in every nook of the hotel room. An air conditioner that didn’t cool the room down. Window curtains that didn’t shut. Sketchy people all around the hotel and parking lot. I honestly felt like I was going to get mugged. Overall terrible experience.

Thank you for your response. The city has yet to lift the covid 19 release on us for going into guests rooms after they check in, hopefully soon!

The staff were exceptionally nice. Plenty of hot water for bathing. Clean rooms. Great breakfast.

For a 3.9 start review, the property was less than expected. Ibcompare it to a roadside motel instead if a suites and reaort. At check-in there were 2 customers bwfore me being helped. Each was having difficulties, rooms werent ready or not availablr. It took almost 45 minutes to check in. Staff barely told me my room number or how to get to it. Once at the room i began noticing issues. There were inly 2 drawrs in what was the makeshift dresser. The walls in bathroom had mold, the sink had orange coloring around ourside, there were holes in wall and dresser/tv stand. The bathroom was sweating. The humidity in room was suffocating. The outside was extremely less humid. There was a note in room charging for towels bathmatt, pillows, ect. 3 pillows were doubled over pillows in a pillow shell. There was an area for kleenex but it was empty.

Located close to all main attractions with a nice pool. Room was nice and clean. Staff was a little rude when it came to us getting locked out of our room twice from the cards not working correctly and a leak in our bathroom. I didn't see any bedbugs but my son kept ending up with bites of some kind on him that we couldn't figure out. Overall it was not a bad experience just not a great one either.

Room filthy. Carpet not vacuumed, white residue smeared on mirror, cigarette ashes all over counter in a non smoking room, hair in sink, no elevator for our room that was on 4th floor. No comforter on bed. Pool green. We were supposed to stay two nights but left early due to conditions. Couldn't get a refund for leaving early but it was worth losing money. Yuck!
