Everything was good but we felt mattress's needed to be rotated 90 degree, the sides to the nightstand were worn down badly. As we left we told the office about it. the food was excellent and the maid service esceptional. . We would stay again but hope for better beds. .

Great place to stay!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: hot tub was not working during out stay.
What a wonderful place to stay. Quick access to restaurants, shows, and shopping and the convenience of purchasing show tickets at the hotel saved time for more fun rather than driving to each theatre to pick up tickets. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Two of the employees even helped change our flat tire we discovered we had the first morning that we were there. The continental breakfast was excellent. The rooms were very clean, quiet, and roomy and the beds were comfortable. The only negative that I had with my stay was that the hot tub was out of service while we were there so we were not able to use it. Will definitely stay there the next time I am in Branson, MO!

Very Good Experience

This Holiday Inn Express was immaculately clean, the personnel were courteous and helpful and the price was definitely a bargain. The beds were firm and comfortable, bathrooms were clean and had an abundance of towels and bath accessorys. The breakfast was advertised as a continental breakfast, but actually served scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon/and or ham, biscuits, gravy, various pastries, fresh fruit,toast and/or English muffins. The Inn is just a block or two off the Green Route and is on the Yellow Route, so most shows and entertainment were just minutes away. There are several good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. In the lobby you can buy tickets to any of the shows you wish to attend, thus saving time driving from theater to theater.This was my best experience in Branson.

Never again,

Very dirty, they charge you twice for the same service, no profesionalism, no refrigrator, too smelly. The manager DeeDee need to learn how to talk to guests. They need to check if somebody has already paid through other means before they double charge a guest. This is what happened to me. I found out that i was charged agin after having already paid prior to getting there through Travel Website. I am still waiting to get my money back. I talked to DeeDee who siad, with a very arrogant voice , that she was taking care of it. That was 5 days ago, there is still no money back. Sorry, it was a total desapointment staying in this hotel. Never again in Hollyday Inn.
