I didn't get a jetted tub in the room as reserved. The chair and ottoman looked like a cat had gotten to them. Stains on carpet.

Often times keycards are deactivated when they are stored near cell phones and other credit/debit cards. The is the worst Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at. The room had a cracked sink, the toilet seat was too small for the toilet, the shades kept falling off the brackets, the door leading to the patio was very difficult to open. I placed the "do not not disturb" on the door and the a maid knocked and began opening the door before I stopped her. the overall condition of the hotel was poor.

Absolutely wonderful!! The man at the front desk (can’t recall his name) was beyond helpful! Our original room keys didn’t work, so he reassigned us a new room twice for the same problem! Couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of professionalism!
