"We first got a room on 9/12/21 with a broken toilet that would not flush and told the front desk right away. At the front desk they gave us a key to a diffent room to try. The next room we got the beds had never been made and the room had never been cleaned after the last people who used it. We reported it to the front desk and asked for a refund and the woman there said to get the refund we had to contact Travelocity. We contacted Travelocity and they said to get the refund they had to contact hotel management. Travelocity contacted hotel management and Travelocity said that the hotel management refused to offer the refund. Travelocity said if the hotel said it was okay to give the refund then Travelocity would do it. We contacted the front desk supervisor at the hotel and she said our request was for a refund was denied because there is zero refund policy on cancellations. We told them that we checked into the hotel and checked out the same day because of unsanitary room conditions and explained the situation again but they still refused. This hotel makes zero exceptions even if it’s an issue with their room which is why you check out. They didn’t offer us a refund or offer us any other compensation instead of a refund such as a room in the future. Basically they took our money and we didn’t receive an acceptable room by most people’s standards. Terrible room experience and terrible management experience. "
