The Hotel was one of the best I've stayed in in a while. I was amazed at how fresh & clean it always kept (it was snowing). The Staff was great, and the location was very convenient....I'd book this Hotel again.

The staff was welcoming. The parking lot was covered in snow and ice which seemed really dangerous. The bathroom ceiling in the shower looked as if it was about to collapse (possibly from a leak on the upper level). We did go down to the main lobby later in the evening to ask a question and there was no one available. We rang the bell, waited for a while and no one appeared. Overall, it was ok for a one night stay.

It was a very nice stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and the amenities are great. My only comment is that the pool is a little small but was still nice to have available to enjoy.

Likes - close to shopping. Staff was nice but slow check in because only 1 person at the front desk. Dislikes - very cold January, the heater is motion-sensored and turned off when we left the room for dinner, when we used the pool, even when I was taking a shower! Could not get the room over 22 degrees Celsius. Pool area and deck very dirty and disgusting, pool cold and small.
