Nothing fancy, but this motel was exactly what we were looking for for our weekend beach getaway. The property is right on the ocean side, but also close enough to enjoy the sound side as well with a short drive up the road. The pool was also a nice feature after a day at the beach. There is a restaurant right across the street and other dining within walking or short driving distance. The motel is about 3 miles from the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. We would definitely stay here again.
