"The hotel looked super new, clean, & in great condition. The night check-in clerk was super friendly and very helpful.
I arrived in the breakfast room (6-9) at 8:10. Made a bowl of cereal and went to get some apple juice. I got orange juice instead It was basically empty almost clear, tasted really weak. Two yogurts left in the refrigerator. There was a gentleman wearing a quality in shirt looking in the refrigerator. I told him about the apple juice and the orange juice. I stayed in the breakfast room until 8:40. He never returned with apple juice, orange juice, or yogurt.
The hotel was fully booked. It was the night of the eclipse that we stayed. Rooms were fetching >$200, according to other guest I spoke with. I feel like with a booked hotel and other people paying that price for what is basically a basic room. Not keeping breakfast stocked for guest is completely unacceptable.
That being said it really was a nice hotel I would absolutely stay there again The beds were comfortable It was super clean. "
