Our goal is to give great service and remarkable experience, Douglas. I am sorry that we weren't able to meet your expectations. As it turns out, we are constantly upgrading our restaurant menu, which includes a wide variety of appetizers, main courses, sides, and desserts, as well as vegetarian and gluten-free options. We have different dinner specials every day; we wish we had heard about your suggestions during your stay so we could address them to our Executive Chef. Also, because we are a full-service hotel, breakfast is not included, although the restaurant is open for both in-house and walk-in customers. I hope this information helps and looking forward to better serve you in the future. Cheers!

Travel for business. Stopped one night at the hotel. Very good conditions - near the airport (5 min driving distance), shuttle available, excellent breakfast (not included in room price though). Clean and comfortable room. Very friendly and polite and helpful help desk people. I’ll definitely stay here again when with business in Calgary.

We appreciate you sharing your experience, Raymond. As it turns out, the courtesy shuttle runs every hour on the hour, but if it is full, we are making another half-hour trip. We also provide pick-up and drop-off services from several hangars. With regard to the movies, there is a variety of selections there however you just need to encode your credit card details for renting the movie.
