I like the location and how close it was to the shops. The hotel staff was excellent, rooms were clean, microwaves in room, nice sized mini fridge, and beds were comfy. Two things that were disappointing was the parking situation. My spouse was injured during our trip. So walking was difficult for him. If someone was disabled, I'm not sure how that would work out for them. Their parking garage is about a half a block away, behind the hotel. I didn't feel safe walking to the back of the hotel to get my vehicle after we had settled it and it started to get dark. We thought we would go swimming instead to pass the time but there's no pool, which is the second disappointment. Would we stay here again? Yes, I think so. Since seeing the area and knowing the parking situation before hand, we could plan things in advance before heading back to the hotel for the evening.

We were here for our 33rd Wedding Anniversary. The checkin was delightful as we talked about our common hometown. We had drinks and chips at the onsite sports bar. We were greeted and asked right away if menus were needed. The hostest and our waiter made sure we were happy and didn't run out of drinks. Our room was at the end of the hallway, it was small for a room with a king bed. We killed a roach in our room, considering we were on the 11th floor it seemed odd. The rooms aren't soundproof so people in the hallway having conversations could clearly be heard and people slamming their doors. Parking was across the street but it was exclusively The Hotels parking garage and locked overnight. No swimming pool. The breakfast was scrumptious, I especially enjoyed having fresh fruit for breakfast. My husband was pleasantly surprised that the biscuits were soft and plenty of white gravy and sausage. Overall the staff are cheerful and attentive. Yes, we would stay again.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. It’s about a half block off central way less traffic and a very nice hotel. The staff is great especially the house keepers and breakfast/restaurant workers. The room was a basic room beds were firmer than my own but still nice but with everything you needed (microwave fridge Keurig) the morning breakfast was excellent they had a wide variety of choices way more than other hotels I have stayed. I will definitely stay here again when visiting.
