The room was very dirty. The bathroom faucet was poorly designed as it ran on the counter if it wasn't fully shut off. At some point, the faucet wasn't completely shutoff and leaked all over the bathroom and floors. Family members at the hotel had several hundred dollars stolen from their room while at breakfast. The breakfast was good.

I have stayed in other Embassy Suites in other locations and was expecting a similar property. However, this property was a huge disappointment. Upon check in we were given a room that was still occupied and we walked in while they were asleep. Next the property was very unclean, the carpets were dirty,stained and tattered on places. The elevators smelled of beer and had streaks and stains on the walls and glass. The amenities in the room were lacking and the mini fridge was hot and smelled of mildew. The tub was grimey and the sheets were wrinkled and didn't appear to be fresh. The A/C did work thankfully.

First room , on corner next to high traffic intersection, could hear cars taking off from outside the hote door . Inside was insanely loud . When I asked the hotel desk for a different room she informed me that I had the only room left . After 15 mins of traffic I called again . The lady was frustrated and told me “ oh lord , just come to the front desk and I’ll swap your room “ but I thought I had the last room available? Also rude … the next room was on 8th floor . Much quieter but fed bugs in window seal , the outlet for the coffee pot was burnt and had no power . Also the windows were so dirty on the outside I couldn’t see out of them .

Never saw an employee until we were leaving! We left at 6:00am with very little sleep after a shooting at the hotel property. Lots of unmantained things in and around the hotel!

Was disappointed in this Embassy Suites!! We had driven a long day with 2 small children. Attempted to check in at 3:20 and they refused. Told us we had to wait till 4:00. They told us they didn’t have any rooms ready. When we finally did check in, the lady didn’t tell us anything about parking. They charge an additional $10 for parking. We had to call the front desk to find out how to get in the garage. Said to use room key. Tried the key and didn’t work. Called the front desk again. She said we would have to come to the front desk. Ran back into the hotel and she informed me it cost an additional $15 to park in the garage. The kids wanted to go swimming..however the pool was so cold they couldn’t stay in long. The restaurant was closed. Went to the happy hour and limited to 2 drinks. Don’t remember that from previous stays. Breakfast wasn’t supposed to open till 7:30. We needed to be out of the hotel before that so packed up the car and loaded up. I went to check out and the lady said she would email my receipt. No email. Noticed while I was checking out around 7, breakfast was open!! So disappointed in the whole visit!! Also read room Travelocity descriptions very closely. I paid for a premium room...the only thing we got was a few snacks and drinks. The way it was laid out on Travelocity, it looked like it was supposed to be a bigger room...but it wasn’t!!

I love this property and suites are really nice....love the living room area. Had 2 tv and microwave and fridge to bring your leftovers and have a late nite snack!
