Our room was beautiful and offered everything we needed. Our first time here for this hotel. We LOVE the location - was able to walk all of downtown!

The location is excellent and the valet parking is just next door, so you can see your car and it is protected. The parking staff is excellent under very difficult circumstances as the off load is very small and you have to be quick! I love this hotel and the staff. It was renovated just five or so years ago by the owners who are business managers and architects and they know their businesses, The building has been there since the 1900:s and was a medical office building and perfect for this Hilton Hotel. I will definitely stay there again. Due to Covid, it is spartan and very clean. The doors are heavy and you feel well-protected. I loved it for the celebration of our 53rd Anniversary

The room and hotel was clean, showers were hot. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The location was convenient. Free parking was just a short walk away. The staff wore masks and hand sanitizer was available in the hotel lobby.

Close to everything. Really clean and modern. Valet and front desk eager to answer all questions. Matthew, the valet was excellent pointing out things to see and do.

We have stayed in Hot Springs at various hotels 6 times, and this was absolutely our best hotel experience! Great location- walkable to basically everything. Very comfortable beds, nice renovated rooms and bathrooms, air conditioner worked perfectly, super friendly and attentive staff. No question- this is now our go to Hot Springs hotel.
