We checked in at 2am after a 10hr drive. The property looked updated n clean when we pulled up. We had booked 2 rooms. Checked into our room and beds were stripped and trash was full, obvious that they started cleaning but never finished. They gave us another room without any issue. Front desk clerk was very apologetic. 2nd room-Fridge did not work, could tell cleaning was bare minimal. The vent above mini stove did not work, 1 chair from the table was broken, picture above table had mold, ironing board was stained and legs of board seemed like never been wiped. Lamp shade was stained and full of dust, bathroom dryer was so dirty that I didn’t even want to touch it. Bath towel had hair. Floors were dirty that turned our socks black. Very, very dirty. Pool was under renovation. My kid’s room had an odor and floors too turned their socks black. The only reason we stayed was because we were very close to Camp Johnson and we wanted to spend the most time possible with our Marine that had liberty that weekend. We will definitely not stay there again. I did express all of these concerns to the front desk when I checked out. Again very apologetic.

Very pleasant staff. We had an issue with the people upstairs. They had small kids that were very noisy and my daughter had just had surgery. We were moved to a new room quickly so she could rest. Very clean! Great place for a great value. Will definitely be staying here again! Thank you so much for making this a pleasant trip!
