Overall, really nice experience. Would stay here again. Only negatives were that we were charged a bit more than the receipt we received from Travelocity and the fridge in our room did not work.

The front desk agent was unfriendly and had an attitude that merely doing his job was an inconvenience. When I came in, exhausted and wanting to check in, he told me flatly I needed to wait ten minutes for his system to restart, and then sauntered away from his desk. I also asked to check in a few hours early - beware that this place will gouge you $50 for that, despite that they already have the clean room available. I have never seen this anywhere else in the world, and I used to work in hotels. He also tried to contest their so-called “free breakfast” and said I would not be eligible until the next day… until I reminded him I just paid $50 to access my friggin room. The room was nice, the facilities are clean, but the staff could not care less about providing a pleasant customer experience or having any enthusiasm for their job.

The food at the restaurant was very good and priced reasonably. The pool was also great. We will stay here again.
