Located in the well-established Woodside Hill neighborhood. Apt. features open spaces in the living room and dining area, a bedroom with access to the bathroom, granite countertops, new kitchen appliances, and an independent laundry room with a washer and dryer. Steep driveway. The apartment is next to a highway (I-40) and traffic noise should be expected. Smoking is not allowed in the premises. Great place. Very cute. It does have the highway noise, but I found that the air conditioner drowned it out. Would stay again.

Well appointed and clean
It is a compact space with all the amenities. We didn’t cook, but could have as the kitchen had everything needed. The space was spotless. The only drawback is the location, fully disclosed, close to the interstate. The noise is constant and will be a distraction if you are a light sleeper. There is a grocery store, Walgreens and a very good coffee place just down the road for supplies if needed. All in all, a good stay.

This is a beautiful apartment with a very nice host - the only challenge is it is right backed up to the highway so it’s a bit noisy. The host had earplugs and sound machine which was so sweet - bed very comfy

We loved the apartment! It was exactly as described, very clean, and the host(s) made us feel welcome with little touches like water bottles and extra towels. The apartment was perfect for us and our dog, and conveniently located between great hiking spots and downtown Asheville. We would definitely stay again!
