A wonderful stay in Cape May, NJ

Pros: Setting, immaculate surroundings, historical features, terrific food and staff.
Location: Many historic sites and shopping in Cape May.
We traveled to Cape May for our 47th anniversary in February. We had reservations at Peter Shields Inn where we had previously enjoyed a delicious dinner. We found the Inn and staff warm and welcoming. The Inn is located across the street from the beach and ocean providing a beautiful setting. As before, our dinner and the next day's breakfast were first rate and the service professional. We enjoyed meeting other couples at the afternoon wine and cheese gathering and again after dinner relaxing before one of the cozy fireplaces. We will be sure to return at our next opportunity.
