Nice hotel and pleasant staff

Pros: Clean, attractive, quiet, comfortable.
We had a 1-night stay here with a late arrival. Breakfast buffet was nice, though not extensive. Additional items are available on their menu, though.

Pros: Location
Cons: Some painting, a frfdge in the room and more then one elevator working.
Only one elevator worked so it took forever to get to your floor. The hotel is very old and shows it, also there is no fridge in the rooms. Only good thing is the location is great.

Bad location.

Pros: Bar is nice and the staff is generally friendly.
I've stayed here before and found it acceptable. This time it was not. There were two significant problems. First, there is so little business that the restaurant is empty, or actually closed, most of the time. Second, and far more significant, is that, due to construction on Route 18, the access is the worst I've ever seem for a major hotel. Getting there would be very confusing for a first time visitor, especially since the Hilton website shows a route that is not yet completed. Leaving during rush hour, however, is a nightmare, The exit intersection is consistently blocked by people in Tower Center Blvd making a right turn onto Route 18. I had to wait through three red lghts until I did the same thing: entered in the intersection with no way to exit until the next light changed. In addition, the business center was strewn with garbage (I recognized the half-eated sandwiches from the day before) and the printer didn't work.

Very difficult to access the hotel

Pros: It was huge and nice glass windows.
Cons: Lobby area could do with a upgrade
Location: Came in for a wedding
Due to construction in the area it was very difficult to access the hotel. Parking was not secured it seems as if anyone could come and go. The parking levels were limited to 2 floors. The elevators are old with worn out numbers, and needed cleaning. The hotel lobby is big and beautiful but could do with a face lift.. It was constantly crowed with no direction of a line for checking in.

Nice clean place to stay.

Pros: Quiet
Cons: No free Internet
The rooms are nice, no refer or micro wave. Staff wasn't friendly at the front desk and 8.00 a day to park. the parking gate didn't work half the time so you had to get help at the desk. 10.00 a day for the internet.
