We were on the top floor and there was a large damp patch on the ceiling/top of the wall where the paint was dropping off. The toiletries in the shower had not been replenished, had a job to get any conditioner & Body wash out of the pump dispensers. Comfortable bed & cans of Coke and water in the fridge was a nice touch

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly the room was lovely we stayed 2 nights it was probably the worst 2 nights sleep we’ve had,The room was hot and stuffy, the heating system wasn’t the easiest to operate I had to call the on call manager both days as we couldn’t get the air conditioning to come on the manager had to eventually get us a fan. The staff were amazing though.We wouldn’t recommend the food,My starter was Luke warm,I couldn’t eat my steak it wasn’t the best.
