"A peaceful & picturesque Vrbo nestled between two lakes in Central New York was our home away from home. This beautifully designed unit was a dream to live in. It featured warm woodwork throughout and plenty of light streaming in the windows. A well-maintained woodsy walk skirted the property. Greater adventures awaited a scenic drive to wineries and state parks located nearby. One is never too far from the many gorges and waterfalls in the Finger Lakes. An inviting vacation from start to finish made us want to return."

"We were down for Cornell University commencement. The cabins were located in a great place to explore the wineries and state parks in the area and also make it to Cornell for the early morning. The cabin main area was spacious with lots of room on the kitchen for everyone to be helping with the cooking. The rooms had blackout blinds which was great. Kitchen was well equipped with what we needed for making dinners and breakfasts. The fire pit was a nice area to relax around in the evening with lots of firewood available. Jim checked in on us when we arrived to make sure we had what we needed and was quick to respond when there was an issue with the water which we really appreciated. Perfect spot!"

"Spent 3 days before doing an Erie Canal Adventures tour - which was awesome!!. Cheryl & Jim were great hosts with wonderful recommendations - location was a great jumping off point to see a number of sights and wineries. Boundary Breaks Winery is a must - great wine and lake view!"

"Cabins were very clean, perfectly equipped and very well maintained. Besides the location in the middle of wine country, private lake acces is an additional highlight. Cheryl and Jim are very welcoming and helpful hosts. Would certainly stay there again."

"Well maintained, beautiful inns. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean with beautiful decorations. Enjoyed the French pressed coffee. Breakfast at the 1833 Kitchen & Bar is a little pricy- $60 (with tip) for 2 people for Classic Breakfast and coffee). Breakfast sides were overdone."

"This house is a great place to stay at for a finger lakes vacation. My family thoroughly enjoyed their time in the house, on the deck, out on the back beach, and at the wineries, breweries, and cideries close by. There is a propane fire pit on the deck with a lot of outside seating, a large black stone grill that works perfectly, and a fire pit down on the rocky beach by the water. It's the perfect oasis and is very private. My family rented a pontoon boat and we were able to pull it right up to the dock to hop onto! Super convenient location, cozy inside, and all around good vibes. The host is super accommodating, flexible, and responsive. Upon arrival, there was a welcome sign along with a bottle of wine. Super sweet! I would suggest looking into this property if you like visiting the local wineries, breweries, cideries, and state parks. Not only did we enjoy the food and drinks close by, we also had some great hikes 15-20 minutes from the house. There is a winery and brewery across the street from the house which was super convenient for me and my family. Additionally, the newly renovated bathroom has an awesome shower and had a sauna type vibe. Super relaxing. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Deanna for your hospitality!"
