Good location. Parking was easy. We were placed in a 1st floor handicapped room. Queen instead of king. Three, too many shower heads. The smell of old smoke was the worst.

When I travel I stay predominately at Hampton Inns. While the staff was professional and nice the hotel itself was rundown and dirty. This and the fact that it was the most expensive of the Hampton inn I have stayed at made my stay that much worse.

My bed linens were dirty, had red stains on sheets and on inside of comforter. My debit card was charged twice, one when I checked in upfront for both nights plus i was charged for one night at same time. No one could figure out why or do anything about it except offer me some Hilton Rewards points

the lamp shade next to bed was torn. the shower/tube drain was full of hair. a gouge was in the wall behind the` chair manager said she would do something with bill and never did

The hotel was clean, the staff was nice, and the room had all of the basics. The shower wasn’t the best (low water pressure), and it was a bit noisy with outside traffic (as it is downtown) but overall decent stay.

Fair quality hotel extremely close to the highway, free parking, good free hot breakfast. I thought it had a nice view to the river, but it doesn't.

Nice downtown hotel

The stay was great. All the staff with the exception of one person was extremely kind and courteous. The hotel was undergoing g a renovation which led to the lowered score for facilities condition. (The hallways had hanging wallpaper held together by tape.) However, the room was excellent. There is one small complaint with the curtains, even though they are blackout curtains the let a lot of light in on either side at night making it hard to sleep if you are used to a totally darkened room.

Not the best

Pros: It was clean and they provided snacks.
Cons: Plumbing, fixtures(TP holder), and staff that actually wants to help.
I requested help with an issue and was told help would be there shortly. 4 hours later I went to the desk and was finally assisted, but the assistance was more of a brush-off to call the internet provider who ultimately couldn't help. The shower water went from cold to scorching hot to freezing to burning all without the assistance of moving the knob. The toilet-paper holder just fell off the anchor. Hamptons are typically much better than this.
