No linens for hide a bed. Prior guest drinks in refrigerator and garbage not emptied from prior guest. Understand pet fee but $75 for a 12 pound dog one night? Tried a new chain. Lesson learned. Never again

Surrounding area not pleasing. Only property in the area. Outside our room was air condition units that was noisy. Need better landscaping.

Just wish breakfast will be buffet style and the pool open till 11pm. Other than that the place is great, and we will always stay there while in West Virginia Charleston
