Overall the service was good. Not happy with online roadblocks. Payment for bag not registering properly. Arrive for check in and told I didn’t pay therefore I was required to swipe my card again. This occurred on my departure fro Kansas City and my return flight departing from Austin. Secondly my boarding pass wasn’t sent to my email after checking in online for return trip. Although I made the selection repeatedly. Website message passes sent to honeyathome@sbcglobal. Never received. Very frustrating.
