The price/value for the room. We got more bang for our buck. The staff was informative and professional. The bed slept extremely well. Loved the arrangement of the room.

Very nice place, good for pets, nice breakfast

Pros: Full breakfast, full kitchenette, comfortable clean beds and lots of pillows.
Cons: Laminate floors for pets would have been great, and dog amenities. The pet deposit for one night was very high.
Location: Right across the street from either an amusement style park. Walking distance to fast food and convenience stores. Very handy.
This hotel was a nice place, very spacious room, pet friendly, however, the pet potty place was way in the back. I would stay here again for sure. The only thing I found shocking was the $100 non-refundable pet deposit. We only stayed one night so our $100 room cost $200. There were no dog supplies in the room which was disappointing, e.g. bowls, potty pads.

cleanliness lacking

Cons: cleanliness, attention to detail
The hotel is obviously a former apartment building that has been remodeled into a hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. However when we pulled back the sheets prior to bedtime, we noticed stains and something stuck to the bottom sheet, and dirt-like debris. Also make up on the pillowcase. YUCK! We called downstairs and about 30 minutes later they finally brought sheets up. I think only one person was on duty so we had to wait for him to finish checking others in before he brought up our sheets. Would not recommend this to a friend.

Close to Dallas AT&T Center

Pros: How close it was to many different attractions, bars restaurants, etc...
Location: Dallas AT&T Center, Rangers Stadium, Six Flags, and much more.
The hotel was very close to the Dallas AT&T Center and several other attractions. Staff was very greeting and helpful with any questions. This was our annual college football trip and we will be returning to this place next year.

Only one bad part of the stay...

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants
Cons: No free Internet
Me, my aunt, and cousin had shared a 2 bedroom suite while in Arlington for a wedding. Overall I was impressed with the room. It was clean and very spacious for the three of us. There was one problem I had. On the last night of our stay my mom, who was staying with family, had locked herself out of the house she was staying in. She came to the hotel since I was there. When she got to the front desk she had asked the clerk to call my room so I could meet her in the lobby. Instead of calling my room the clerk made my mom a key and told her what room was mine. Luckily this was only my mom but since she had been locked out of the house she had no ID with her to let the clerk know who she was. This concerned me a lot because who knows who the clerk will make keys to at anytime. Like I said, it was my mom but who knows who could have overheard us checking in to know the name the room was under. If the hotel were to get their security issues taken care of I would stay there again, but not until then.

This hotel had dirty rooms, unchanged lines, sticky stuff on the tables, and food crumbs on the coffee table.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, close to stadium
Cons: not clean
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone eventhough I enjoyed the distance to the Cowboys stadium. My reserved room looked as if someone was using it(probably from the hotel) to eat and sleep in. They assured me that the room was cleaned by housekeeping. If that was true, they should have been fired! It was disgusting. The buildings are not labeled/numbered so be prepared to walk around awhile with your luggage only to report back to the front desk. Furthermore, they do provide a shuttle bus of some sort for the big games, however; when you call no one knows about this so you will be calling for cabs when you don't have to. Then if you take the shuttle be prepared to be left at the stadium stranded eventhough you paid for both ways. One good thing, a front desk staff member, Stephanie, did the best she could to help...she really tried and was very pleasant. Hopefully, they keep her around a long time.

Not what I expected from a Marriott - Huge Disappointment!

First, our keys did not work and the buildings are not labeled at all. When you get in from a long flight late at night the last thing you want to do is search for a building while hailing your luggage around and only to bring it back where you started and then try again. Our room was dirty, crumbs in the bed, food and crumbs on the coffee table and some sticky substance on the desk. Also, a shuttle bus accommodation was made through the hotel but we were never picked up from the drop off location and left stranded only to be told that a credit would be given back and a cab ride would be reimbursed by the hotel. The cab wait at the stadium was 3 hours long and it was dark. The only nice thing we have to say about this Marriott is that a front desk staff member was so understanding, dealt with alot of frustration on my end, and tried to accommodate us the best she could. We will never stay at this facility again!

Great location and great experience

We just stayed there saturday June 20, 2009 for the jonas brothers concert. A trolley picked us up at the hotel and took us to the dallas stadium for the concert. That was great! Needed extra towels and blankets they brought them up quick. The room was clean, cool and the beds comfortable slept great! Great location to everything. Highly recommed for the price.
