I had to wait in the lobby for over a hour just to check in. This caused a huge conflict with my scheduling for the evening. I missed out on dinner with friends because of this. Otherwise the staff was friendly

Hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the stadiums and Six Flags. We love the restaurants in the area as well, so this is usually our go-to choice for overnight stays. This time was disappointing, however. It seems the mattresses must have been changed recently - ours was hard. Extremely hard. We did not get a good nights sleep at all. The free breakfast was not good, either. Very few options, and the breakfast sandwiches were worse quality than microwaved sandwiches from the gas station down the road. We were disappointed. The staff was friendly, and the hotel is very clean. Just didn't sleep well, and breakfast was not good. We ate elsewhere.
