The location is good. The staff was great. The room cleanliness was subpar, visible dust in areas including the bed which also included dingy looking blankets with stains clearly left on after washing.

This is a nice hotel. I have stayed here several times. But, the service this time was lacking. I stayed 4 days and never had my room serviced. When I called for extra towels, it took 2 hours and they only brought hand towels. I had to find a housekeeper in the hallway to get more towels. Disappointing as this is usually one of my favorite hotels to stay.

Nice and convenient location. But housekeeping is lacking. They come in but don’t always leave towels and even made our bed without changing sheets. We know because the pee stain from our child the night before was still there. Went to front desk to ask for towels and water and they said we don’t do that up her, it’s housekeeping responsible For water and towels.
