Directly across from Dallas Stars stadium (American Airlines). The hotel is on a walkable street with bara and restaurants, no need to drive anywhere.

Very friendly staff! Great room, and great view of downtown Dallas. This location is ideal for attending sporting events at American Airlines Center.

The W Hotel Dallas-Victory Plaza

Myself and my fiance reside in Dallas, but I decided to to book a surprise "stay-cation" for his birthday. We have not had the pleaseure of staying in this hotel as Dallas residents, and we were truly in for a surprise! The W Hotel Dallas-Victory Plaza was my selection, since we would be attending a concert at the House of Blues Dallas. Great chioce considering it was less than a five minute walk to the HOB venue! From the moment pulled up to the W property the valet service was attentive and professional. They removed our luggage and met us in the lobby at the concierge's desk. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a modern plush theme. The front desk employees were engaging and hospitable. I specifically selected the "Mega Room" which was located on the 15th floor (this floor is the highest floor next to the pool and Bliss Spa). We had a city view which was magnificent and I admit it was a quiet floor (highly recommend this floor). The swimming pool was relaxing and the view of the city is breathtaking especially during the early morning sunrise. I made reference that our visit was a special birthday and needless to say, the staff made an amazing impression! Over the top and unbelievable was the "Whenever/Whatever" W-hotel staff Stacey A.and Alissa G. These two ladies are the epitome of customer service!! Words cannot express their kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. Kuddos to Haley M. as well for her above and beyond edge that didn't go unnoticed.
