Nice upscale spot but honestly the systems in place are horrible The workers are great but its like you pay $50 a night for parking but you gotta call at least 30min in advance for your car and its hit or miss, had to wait an hour one day if its during rush hour (like checkout time)..plus the added liability of someone else driving your car.. Room had cut wall paper in bathroom and bedroom, shower was dirty, and there is a massive ad on a building that takes up most of your view.. And only one elevator was working so sometimes you had to wait like 20min

Room was in slight disrepair. When I arrived I went to use the shower and noticed the shower curtain rod mount on the wall was partially pulled out and wouldn’t allow the curtain to stay closed while in use. I notified the staff and they said they’d have maintenance come take a look. It had not been repaired upon my return for the night. Also either the bathroom did not have a fan or it was not functioning as the bathroom would fill with steam which would also start filling the hotel room if the bathroom door wasn’t kept closed.

This was my first time at a Fairmount Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an outstanding attendant named Su. He explained how the hotel, parking worked, got our bags, located a bellman and directed us to the lobby desk. The lobby representative checked us in, explained the features, amenities and answered all our questions. The room was impeccable and well supplied. This was a 5-star-stay. We will definitely come and recommend it to all our friends.
