I am sorry this property was dirty and unsanitary. The wallpaper was peeling of wall in room. One light fixture was hanging out of the socket. Part of lighting did not work including in bathroom. The police were in SWAT gear upon my arrival. The unfortunate homeless people were making a home in area surrounding the front door. I would recommend a full renovation before I would return.

I liked that the hotel was a 10-15 min walk to the hockey arena. Also, it was close to the aquarium. However, the 2 block area around it was pretty deserted except for homeless and loiterers. The police are stationed all day at the bus stop/depot a block away. I didn't feel super safe walking in the area. Also, the staff neglected to mention they turn the bar into a club on Saturday, so anyone can come into the hotel and they were sneaking onto the elevators. One girl was being helped by EMS for possible substance issue according to a bystander. They were all in the lobby.

Front desk staff not especially friendly. Was not told of any of the hotel amenities when checking in. Everything is outdated. Small room.

It took over 2hrs to check in and staff was rude about it. Fire alarm went off at 2am. Went to OU/Texas game and when returned was told to pack up and get out they had to close hotel because of broke fire system.. Did not offer anywhere else to stay and could not find anywhere else. Had to drive home. Still no refund that was promised.

more or less it was good (i would not call it a 3.5 star though). it was clean. BUT wifi didn't work (at least for me). even my phone service wasnt working real well (verizon). phone wasnt plugged in. front desk wasnt manned (there should be someone there all the time during the day). people were waiting around in the queue. i dont if it disclosed beforehand, i dont remember seeing it, but what kind of hotel doesn't provide (free) parking?
