Flight Review

Mar 9, 2020

Pilot was good to communicate the delay we experienced in NYC but made up most of the time in the air.

Feb 20, 2020

The seat cushion was kinda thin so I was happy it was only a 75 min flight. All staff (ticketing and on the plane) were polite, helpful.

Feb 18, 2020

The seat was uncomfortable and the window alignment is totally off.

All around good flight.

Jan 15, 2020

Although the first flight was delayed and I missed my connection, another flight was arranged quickly. The planes were nicer than the competition and the staff was more pleasant and professional.

  • Have your boarding pass and travel ID somewhere accessible. They'll be the first things you'll be asked to produce by airport security.
