I prefer the Norwegian way of selecting no meals. That way there is less noise and garbage to collect during the flught

Nice flight overall. Very tight seats however.

Aug 1, 2018

Yes, Tia Powers at the Check-in desk in Chicago helped us make the flight after traffic kept us from getting there until almost the gate had closed! She was TERRIFIC and saved our vacation by expediting check-in and walking us through to security. We will be forever grateful and forever Aer Lingus customers due to her!

Good value for the price. Would fly Delta again. Just not happy about the hour change in departure or taking off yet another half hour late.

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Cannes

Make your journey to Cannes a little easier by following these handy security tips:

  • Make sure you know the whereabouts of your passport and boarding pass. You don't want to hold up the queue when you're asked to present them.
  • Remove your shoes and belt before approaching the security checkpoint. Items such as these are not permitted to pass through the body scanner.
  • Make sure your electronic devices and laptop are easily accessible. These items need to be sent through the X-ray machine in separate trays.
  • When it comes to flying with liquids and gels, every passenger is permitted a quart-sized clear zip-lock bag to transport containers no larger than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters).
  • Airport security personnel may instruct you to remove your shoes before entering the body scanner. Wear a pair that you can slip off easily. There's nothing more irritating than having to do your laces up again and again.
  • Some destinations have strict biosecurity laws. Think about where you're off to and whether or not you can fly with fresh fruit.
