I prefer the Norwegian way of selecting no meals. That way there is less noise and garbage to collect during the flught

Nice flight overall. Very tight seats however.

Yes, Tia Powers at the Check-in desk in Chicago helped us make the flight after traffic kept us from getting there until almost the gate had closed! She was TERRIFIC and saved our vacation by expediting check-in and walking us through to security. We will be forever grateful and forever Aer Lingus customers due to her!

Good value for the price. Would fly Delta again. Just not happy about the hour change in departure or taking off yet another half hour late.

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Nice

Make your trip to Nice a little bit easier by reading over these useful security tips:

  • Make sure your travel ID and boarding pass are easily accessible. You'll be required to produce them straightaway.
  • Take off your shoes, belt and jewellery before arriving at the airport security checkpoint. Items like these are not allowed in the body scanner.
  • Ensure your laptop and electronic devices are easily accessible. These items need to be put through the X-ray machine in separate trays.
  • When you get to the security checkpoint, you'll be asked to place all gels, liquids and creams in a separate tub for scanning. Make sure they're all stored in containers no larger than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) and sealed in a clear zip-lock bag.
  • Give some thought to the type of footwear you want to fly in. Slippers are great because they're super easy to remove when you're at the security checkpoint. Try wearing a pair on your next flight!
  • Razors and knives are not allowed on board the aircraft. Tuck them away in your checked luggage to avoid forfeiting them at the security checkpoint.
