I didn’t appreciate the $35 baggage charge on the return trip. I thought it was included in my original bill.
Need to stop charging for bags.
Unfriendly gate agents in PHX as I flew West.
Really liked the in service entertainment screen and movies
I hate the charge for bags and the charge for seat selection. I fly American as little as possible because of the crazy surcharges.
Flight on time. Staff courteous and friendly and helpful
I’m a 20 yr military veteran and when Delta announced active and retired military to board I was so thrilled. Thank you Delta. I’ve flown several airlines and you are at the top of my list. Also you were the only airline my mother would fly. The flight attendants were top of the line.
I wish there was more legroom.
This was an “as expected” flight. No frills just basic and that is what I paid for.
Flight attendant was very helpful and friendly.
Very small seats (packed in like sardines) so go first class if you can. ;)
So glad they didn’t put us on their AMERICAN EAGLE!! Those planes are so rough and make me sick

America's southwest is home to majestic mountain ranges and a variety of cultures. Explore America's hidden southwestern treasures by visiting Taos, New Mexico, located about 130 miles north of Albuquerque. Flights to Taos will take you to Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ). From there, you can easily make your way north to the mountainous region of Taos to see natural wonders that will boggle the imagination.
Once you land in Albuquerque International Sunport, take a moment to relax after your flight by visiting one of several restaurants in the concourse, and browsing the boutiques and shops. If you booked one of the Taos hotels that put you close to the sights, you'll need to either rent a vehicle to get to Taos or take a taxi. As Taos is a two-and-a-half hour drive from ABQ, renting a vehicle would probably be more cost-effective than a taxi. There are a number of rental car companies from which to choose, so you'll have no problem getting a car to transport you to your hotel. Once you've reached Taos, you'll be able to explore the mountain ranges and landmarks like the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge and Taos Pueblo.
