Airport shuttle buses are much cheaper, typically operate from morning until night (with some late into the evening), and take you to various points in the city, including the Xi'an Railway Station and numerous popular hotels in Xian. These buses make pickups outside the arrivals level at each terminal. There are also taxi lines outside each arrivals level, and this is the quicker option to get to your destination downtown. If you desire more privacy, you can also arrange a private van or car before you fly to Xian or in the arrivals hall after you land.
