3 staff members on 3 different shifts could not get our room keys to work. There was no morning food service, except for coffee in the morning. My room had a hot tub in the bedroom area, yet there was not enough hot water at one time to even fill the bathroom sink, much less a hot tub. The towels were white, almost shredded remnants of what once might have been a usable towel, but at this point, there were literally holes large enough to put several fingers through, and so small, that the bath towel would not even fit around my size 8 body frame. I would describe them as hand towels really, There was no hair dryer, no iron, no complimentary shampoo and conditioner, no extra roll of toilet paper, no Kleenex, no coffee machine, and only 1 tiny bar of soap...most of these items have been a standard motel room feature for the past few decades. I paid $273 for a 2 night stay...never again.

This motel is falling apart. The door hadle came out in my hand trying to enter the room. Globe bulb burnt. No Klinex tissues / No maintenance srevice available. I will never use this M6 chains motels anywhere.

Stay away from this motel. Reserved the room for 2 nights and at check-in they tried to get me to pay $60 more than the reservation. Travelocity says Motel 6 has breakfast. None of them do anymore. We got to our room and it smelled. Trash was not emptied. Towels all over the bathroom. Bed appeared to have been slept on. Gave us another room, and the door would not latch. Bathtub faucet dripped. There was some strange red splatter/goo on the wall & ceiling above the door. Came back later and the room keys would not work. Only barely warm water in the shower, but the hot water in the sink was very hot. FYI there is no elevator, and no handrail on part of the stairs off the lobby. On the positive side, they did wake us up and tell us of a tornado warning. And all the staff I dealt with were helpful and courteous.
