We had a great time at this charming townhouse. You’ll find the location to be great for events close to the University! page was very nice and contacted me and reached out to check on us throughout our stay. I highly recommend!

I would give the stay an average rating. A few concerns the water in the shower came out brown but then changed to clear and did this repeatedly The Wi-Fi never worked and we needed it for a college summer course. The owner was not immediately responsive but eventually sent someone out, but they were unable to repair it. The air condition was excellent! And the pool was very clean and refreshing in the Texas heat.

Air conditioner didnt work properly
When we checked in at 4pm the air was on 81. We immediately turned it down to 72 to get it cool. We left for dinner around 6 and it was still at 81 degrees. We gave in and turned it to on insteaf of auto. By 8am it had finally cooled down to 74 degrees. Otherwise it was great. Great location and just what we needed for our quick visit.

Outstanding Stay
We were in town for our daughter’s freshman NSC. Perfect place to stay. VERY clean, exactly as described on VRBO, great location and outstanding communication with property manager. Nice neighborhood and very close to sorority houses. Took 2 turns and we were on George Bush headed to A&M south side of campus. I definitely would stay there again. If I had to change 1 thing, it would be a bed frame in one of the bedrooms. The frame was extremely squeaky when you turned in your sleep. But the overall experience trumped the squeaky bed.

The spot was good but floors were not clean and outside areas under construction and pool was not ready. The place was great for us. Small group and good location. Contact was super nice and brought what was needed. Price was perfect. I’d stay again possibly.
